Laura and Michael were married on a beautiful day at Halton Grove, a new wedding venue in Northumberland, and they were one of the first couples to do so!
The couple chose a white and green color scheme with touches of delicate pink, and the result was a stunningly elegant and romantic wedding. Expertly captured on camera by Sarah Jane Ethan Photography.
The ceremony took place in the gardens of Halton Grove, overlooking the Northumbrian countryside. What a view they had! And that coupled with the natural wisteria and roses growing up the side of the building, created a truly magical setting.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a reception in the barn at Halton Grove. The barn was decorated with white flowers and greenery, and the tables were set with a statement oversized table plan.
The star of the show though, was the stunning floral arch they had at the reception entrance. What a beautiful backdrop for the photographs!

Here are some tips for planning a white and green wedding:
Choose a venue that has plenty of natural light. White and green flowers will really pop against a backdrop of greenery.
Use a variety of white flowers to create a cohesive look. Hydrangeas, roses, and baby's breath are all popular choices.
Add touches of pink to add a bit of romance to the wedding. This could be done through the flowers, the bridesmaids' dresses, or the bride's bouquet.
Don't forget the details! A statement oversized table plan and personalized favors are a great way to add a personal touch to the wedding.
I hope this blog post has inspired you to plan your own wedding. With a little planning, you can create a wedding that is both elegant and romantic.
