So seeing as it's been a little while since I blogged (months ago!), I thought i'd kickstart the new year with this vision of prettiness at Doxford Barns in Northumberland.
We're so lucky in Northumberland, as we have a huge amount of wedding venues to choose from due to our region's industrial & Agricultural history and stately homes. I think we often take that for granted! It's always lovely to see old buildings being revamped and reused like they are at Doxford Barns!
Emily Hannah Photography was behind the lens, capturing all this pretty. I can always rely on her doing a fabulous job of photographing my flowers and our mutual couples, so I always get very excited when I hear we're working together!
I like Barns, because they always give you so much scope to decorate them. There's always a bare stone wall to contrast against a beautiful wild flowers arrangement, which will suit any colour scheme, or a fireplace to adorn with a dramatic flower display to make the perfect focal point during your ceremony.
This wedding, was just the perfect blend of blush, nude, gold, sparkle and pink. Gold sequin table runners by Styled and Seated, nude sequin Bridesmaid dresses, the prettiest cake from Great British Cupcakery and of course flowers by me, it all just gelled together perfectly on the day.
So without further ado, here are some beautiful pictures of Sarah & Paul's big day -
