Hi, I'm Vicky and i'm the woman behind Floral Quarter!

That's me up there, winning my Wedding Florist of the Year Yorkshire & North East Awards. Something i'm very proud of, as it's only voted for by real clients who have had an amazing experience with me.
It's been a great couple of years for me and the team at Floral Quarter. We've won awards, we were chosen at the Florist for Netflix's Love Is Blind, we've had more happy couples than ever before, and all that whilst beating breast cancer! (reminder to check yourself regularly ladies & gents!)​​​​​

Creativity, Is why Vicky got into Floristry in the first place and it runs through everything we do here at FQ. So if you want to just leave the flowers to us and have something amazing delivered on the day, look no further!

Friendliness - Everyone who works for us is friendly and approachable. From the initial enquiry to the set up on the day and beyond, you need not feel awkward or embarrassed here.

Trust - At the end of the initial meeting with Vicky, you'll feel like you trust us to just take care of the creative side and be confident in our ability to make your day look amazing. So no stress or worry on the run up to the day! Don't worry if you're not sure what you need initially, i'm here to guide you through it all.

Sustainability, is super important to us, and making better more eco friendly decisions in the business is something we take seriously. Minimising single use plastics, almost cutting out floral foam altogether and using more environmentally friendly methods, using an electric vehicle where possible. All these things add up, to your wedding making less impact on our environment.

Inclusivity - You can be yourself here at Floral Quarter. All weddings and clients are unique and individual, and all are welcome. So whatever your cultural customs are, whatever you identify as, whatever your preferences are, we look forward to hearing about your big day.

It's really easy to start the process of organising your flowers, just fill in as much as you can of the enquiry form (scroll down for link) and i'll reply asap to arrange a meeting so we can discuss some lovely ideas together. Hopefully, we'll be a good match for each other and you'll book me to make your beautiful wedding flowers! Working with me should be an enjoyable and stress free part of your wedding experience.
I'm based in my lovely workshop in Jesmond and have worked in many North East venues, but you'll most often find me in Newcastle and Northumberland. Including; Newton Hall, Le Petit Chateau, Secret Tower, Wylam Brewery, Woodhill Hall, Ellingham Hall, Blackfriars Restaurant, Jesmond Dene House, Tyneside Cinema and Eshott Hall to name a few! So it's very likely that I will know your venue and will be able to advise you on how best to decorate it. I'm pleased to say that i'm even a recommended Florist at Wynyard Hall, Ellingham Hall, Halton Grove, Vermont Hotel, The County Hotel, Ellingham Hall and Charlton Hall!
